Representing these brands exclusively for the Benelux requires a strong and intelligent organization, where Sales, Logistics, and Marketing play a key role.

Square25, together with its subsidiaries Fros International, Brandfusion Holland, and NL Diffusion, operates several in-house showrooms as well as showrooms in CAST (Nieuwegein) and Trade Mart (Brussels). NL Diffusion also owns nine Lacoste Boutiques and three Lacoste Outlet Stores across the Netherlands and Belgium.

Your Role
As an Internal Sales Representative, you will serve as a primary point of contact for our clients. You will become part of a close-knit team and will respond to customer inquiries via email and phone regarding products, deliveries, samples, and related matters.

​

Your responsibilities
You will be responsible for accurately processing orders, keeping our customer and product databases up to date, and providing administrative support to our field sales team. You will also handle after-sales services and manage the return process.

Your Profile

• You are accurate, detail-oriented, and able to set the right priorities

• You have several years of experience in a commercial administrative role

• You are flexible and can perform well under pressure

• You are a team player

• You are customer-focused

• You have excellent command of the Dutch language; French is an advantage but not required
